With the Thanksgiving holiday approaching, the sixth graders at St. Ann’s Academy are hard at work. In math, we are working with fractions, specifically converting fractions to decimals. We have just begun the second quarter of the academic year, which brings new topics and projects.   St. Ann’s Academy inducted three seventh graders into the National Junior Honor Society. The three inductees were welcomed by the four current eighth grade members and the faculty advisors.    The ceremony took place last week in St. Ann’s Catholic church.  We’ve been counting down the days until Halloween in Kindergarten! We practiced our capital and lowercase S’s by making spiders to decorate our hallway.  Did you know that spiders have eight legs?
