Saint Ann's Academy is accepting applications for the 2013-2014 school year.
New Student Application fee $50.00 per student
New Student Registration fee $500.00 per student
Current Student Re-registration fee $200.00 per student
Application and Registration fees are non-refundable

 Admissions Checklist
 
1. Birth Certificate needed for all students.
MUST BE 3yrs. old by September 1st for Pre-K program and fully toilet trained.
2. Baptismal Certificate (only if the child is Catholic)
3. School Records: Standardized test scores (students in grades 1-8 need most recent test scores), and report cards,  final report card for last school year)
4. School Health Certificates: Students are NOT admitted unless up-to-date physical and  immunization records are on file in the school office by first day of school.
5. If your child will participate in CYO basketball or any other sport, the physician must check the appropriate box on the student's physical form.
